In loving memory of our son Nolan Edwin Neitzke

We created this non-profit foundation to serve our heart community in memory of our beloved late son Nolan, forever 5. 

Nolan was born with a rare series of different heart defects and endured multiple open heart surgeries, hospital stays and visits.  He is forever our "little Champ" and we hope in his legacy he can be a champion for others.
